SUMMARY
These infringements include requiring newly defined "Responsible Parties" (to include minor children beneficiaries, directors and officers) of Trusts and other Legal Entities to obtain fingerprints and Chief Law Enforcement Officer signatures whenever an NFA firearm is purchased.
The intended goals of these ridiculous requirements can be accomplished alternatively through the existing Brady Background check process, not just for legal entities but for individual NFA firearm purchasers as well.
